Strengthening Energetic-Boundaries + Knowing our Spiritual Allies: InnerScapes Workshop

Are you Energetically Sensitive?

Many of us absorb the energy and feelings of the people around us unintentionally. This is a challenge many empathically sensitive people face and can cause confusion and overwhelm as we sort through our own feelings overlaid with the feelings of others. We have the ability to choose whether or not to take-on the energy of others, and to reclaim our Sacred Sovereignty.

Part Meditation, part prayer, part journeywork:

InnerScapes is a technique developed by Empath, Midwife, and Intuitive Card Reader Madison Cheshire CPM, LM over the course of 15 years to assist us in recognizing the essential power and spaciousness that exist within each of us.

The InnerScapes technique supports us to:

  • Recognize the existence of an inner visionary spaciousness in which we can take refuge

  • Explore the unique and spacious inner-sanctuary from which we tune into our True YES & NO

  • Ensure our inner sanctuary is sound and patch up weak places and holes in our energy field

  • Begin to build a safe and nourishing inner sanctuary landscape

  • Create relationships with The-Divine-Within-Us: Our Guides + Spirit Allies + Ancestors + Spirit Animals + Color beings + Angels + Faeries + Plant Allies + The 4 Elements + Crystal beings and more…

  • Protect our energy

  • Pray in new and powerful ways

You’ll leave this workshop with tools & skills to protect your energetic space, Connect with your Spiritual Allies, and build strong energetic boundaries from within.

This body of work is intended to support energetic sovereignty in a world in which coercion and manipulation are commonplace. This is a technique one can continue to develop and strengthen through personal practice.

Everyone welcome. This workshop is particularly suited to pregnancy and postpartum families!
